In the era of the communicative capitalism, the goal of the writer is to write fewer words per day.

Yes, I know the phrase is “I couldn’t care less.”

But I could care less so long as a successful communication occurs.

Body as mind.

Every genuine communication is an out-of-body experience.

Shoot the messenger if it pleases you.

If you receive the message, I will be satisfied.

I visit when I know the site is tracking.

This practice is phatic communication at its finest—what we are saying is “I’m here in your cyberspace.”

The consequence is the cause.

The longer I keep a thought to myself, the more that thought seems not worth sharing.

Thankful for miscommunication.

Civility would be impossible if we could clearly and transparently communicate our thoughts, feelings, and intentions.
