Some things are good.
Others are bad. Most are indifferent.
Fantasy versus science fiction.
In “Star Wars,” the fantasy is divided into good and evil. In “Star Trek,” the science fiction is parsed into old and new.
I’m not positive death is bad.
But if it is, it must be bad in itself; it cannot be bad for the dead.

The resemblance to capitalism is clear. Utilitarianism calls its good “pleasure,” while capitalism calls its good “profit.”
