A joke doesn’t require explanation.

He joked about his stupidity. Nobody got it.

I understand your education gives you a big head.

But your arguments remind me of that dream where you showed up to the exam with no pants and everyone was laughing.

Ishi, “last of the Yahi,” laughed when he saw an airplane and heard a white man flew it. He seemed more impressed with the urban crowds made possible by the settler’s agricultural technologies.
